How to control your anger

When you can remind yourself that the person who made you angry is a human being with the same kinds of emotions as yours. And, if you are able, to also remind yourself whether you would regret the next day if you were to do what you want to do right now. I hope what I share will benefit you, yet this blog is at its core for my self-improvement. I want to learn something new each and every day, no matter how small. This is something I expect from myself.
